Joint Research and Development, LLC (JRAD) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sayres and Associates, LLC with a reputation for technical, analytical, and programmatic excellence. Since 2004, we have been providing subject matter expertise to the Federal Government. Our technical professionals advise and assist U.S. Government military and civilian personnel in attaining innovative, cost-effective and low-risk solutions to solve complex problems and reach strategic goals.

Having no laboratory or industry affiliations, we are impartial and objective in the assessment of best quality, best methodology, and best value for test and evaluation, science and technology, and acquisition investments. JRAD personnel help transform client objectives into client achievements by providing innovative ideas, reliable and defensible information, and unbiased technical advice.
