Growing together. 2K Sign on Bonus for External Candidates The Licensed Practical Nurse participates in planning, providing, and evaluating patient care at the appropriate skill level. They have a duty to provide a standard of care that meets or exceeds that of a reasonably competent and knowledgeable Licensed Practical Nurse. The LPN performs duties within their scope of practice delegated by a physician or ARNP. The LPN will report to the PSU Clinical Team Manager. Position in this function organizes the clinical environment in patient care situations. Support includes but is not limited to assisting the ARNP, including those skills listed under Job Functions below along with various other procedures as directed by the ARNP. The LPN completes FOC screenings and documents those results on the encounter form. The LPN should communicate data to the ARNP or other specified members of the clinical team within the provider's office as needed. The LPN delivers quality customer service. Ensures policy and procedures are followed including infection control, privacy and confidentiality. This position performs all duties within the scope of an LPN, including Focus on Care screenings, phlebotomy, and collection of vital signs. Primary Responsibilities:
