The Program Coordinator will provide critical operational and strategic support to international student recruitment and centralized graduate enrollment services for the UT Dallas Office of Admissions, working collaboratively across the Enrollment Management Unit, graduate academic units, and international partners to advance institutional student recruitment and enrollment goals. This position will help design and execute international recruitment travel and virtual outreach plans, support centralized graduate application review and communication workflows, and serve as a key liaison between prospective students, academic departments, and admissions and enrollment leadership, ensuring a coordinated, data-informed, and student-centered approach to recruitment and enrollment across international and graduate populations. Will manage recruitment logistics, assist with application processing and communications, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations through reporting and process coordination.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience or, at a minimum, working knowledge of higher education admission and enrollment processes, including undergraduate and graduate program application review and international student recruitment practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or another student information system.

Other Qualifications
To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support cross-departmental coordination with graduate academic programs regarding application requirements, review timelines, and admission decision communications.
  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of international recruitment activities, including travel itineraries, school visits, information sessions/presentations, and recruitment fairs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and admitted international students, responding to inquiries via email, phone, CRM messaging, and virtual platforms.
  • Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials, presentations, and reports for use by the Director, admission and enrollment leadership, and campus-wide stakeholders.
  • Track and report key recruitment and enrollment metrics, identifying trends and flagging opportunities for increased recruitment and yield.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships with campus stakeholders, international education partners, alumni ambassadors, and school counselors.
  • Assist graduate units with application, admission, and enrollment operations, including application tracking, document processing, and communication flow between prospective students, program contacts, and the Office of Admissions.
  • Represent UT Dallas at domestic and international recruitment events, information sessions, and partner meetings as assigned. This position REQUIRES travel, including extended domestic and international overnight and weekend travel.
  • Participate in training student workers and staff to support international recruitment efforts and enrollment functions at both the undergraduate and graduate level.

  • Ability to adapt to shifting recruitment landscapes and priorities and adjust approach appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team-based environment and to collaborate across various internal and external partners and constituents.
  • Discretion with sound judgment in handling confidential information in compliance with FERPA.


Remote Work Notice
This position is not eligible for fully remote work.
Following successful completion of an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and departmental approval. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be cancelled.
