HouseCalls Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA)
New Mexico | Optum Home & Community Care Join Optum's HouseCalls team in a field-based Advanced Practice Clinician role delivering annual in-home health assessments to Medicare Advantage and other health plan members throughout New Mexico. This position focuses on preventive care, health education, care gap closure, and collaboration with primary care providers to improve member outcomes. Clinicians work independently in the community while being supported within an interdisciplinary care model. Position Highlights
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
