As a Senior Consultant in our Payer Technology practice, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing digital and business transformation efforts - from implementing new technical or operational systems to AI-driven workflows - for our clients. This position is for Digital Product and Experience Strategy leaders, and it involves developing strategies that enhance business performance through operational efficiency, driving revenue growth in new markets, and meeting the needs of healthcare consumers and employees with better-built workflows and operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive digital and AI solutions to meet the needs of clients in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. This role is designed for professionals looking to leverage their digital transformation expertise in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
