The Quantitative Insights team powers the industry-leading data and analytics capabilities core to Advisory Board's value proposition. The Quantitative Insights Consultant is a people and process manager with deep healthcare data expertise. They manage a team of data analysts who update, improve, and resolve bugs in our analytical tools. The Consultant is accountable for on-time updates; building an improvement roadmap for a subset of tools based on internal and client feedback; partnering with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, and developers to implement improvements; and supporting analysts in bug resolution. They are both an individual contributor on high-priority projects and a manager who coaches and supports data analysts responsible for standard tool updates and issue resolution. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
