Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and operate foundational Wallet platform infrastructure
  • Stand up cloudnative and Kubernetesbased services and shared platform components
  • Own platform nonfunctional requirements including performance, resiliency, security, and availability (99.99% SLA)
  • Enable API platforms using REST and GraphQL, including traffic management and caching
  • Establish production readiness standards, automation, monitoring, and alerting
  • Drive infrastructure scalability, capacity planning, and reliability engineering
  • Lead vulnerability remediation and securebydesign platform practices
  • Provide endtoend ownership of platform SLAs across releases and scale events
  • Partner with application teams to enable new Wallet capabilities and integrations
  • Provide production support for the platform, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and remediation
  • Participate in oncall rotations and support escalations to ensure platform stability

Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or IT or engineering related field
  • 7+ yearsof experience designing and operating highly available, resilient platforms
  • 7+ yearsof experience with API platforms (Java, REST and GraphQL) and integration patterns
  • 3+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering for cloudnative systems
  • 3+ yearsof handson experience with Kubernetes and containerized application platforms
  • 2+ yearsof experience with CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code
  • 1+ years ofexperience supporting production systems, including incident response and oncall support
  • Ability to work On-call rotation as per business need

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and production operations
  • Ability to own platforms endtoend in a regulated, SLAdriven environment
  • Experience supporting systems with 99.99% availability requirements
  • Experience building and operating shared platforms used by multiple teams
  • Background in financial services, payments, or enterprisescale platforms
  • Experience balancing production support responsibilities with new platform delivery

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
