Receives direction operationally from the RN Manager and Cardiologist. Gives direction and support to the Cardiology staff. Works cooperatively with all Cardiology team members to optimize health outcomes for patients. Supports the overall vision of the Positive Patent Experience by achieving a positive balance of healthcare, cost outcomes and patient satisfaction. Facilitates excellent customer satisfaction while achieving department specific financial goals. Provides direct patient care. Produces nuclear images of the heart. Ensures that all care meets individualized goals of the treatment plan. Ensures standards of care are implemented and in compliance with all State and Federal regulations, standards of practice, and SMA and SHS policies and procedures. Monitors and maintains equipment, as well as, specific departmental supply ordering responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
