The B2B Payer Marketing Manager supports payer-focused marketing and sales enablement for Optum Financial's directed spend solutions. This role drives business growth by developing clear, compelling narratives that help payer organizations understand, evaluate, adopt, and realize value from our member benefits offerings. Working closely with strategy, product, sales, and account management teams, this position supports the full client lifecycle - from messaging and positioning through sales enablement to ongoing retention and renewal. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves comfortably across multiple workstreams, and serves as a trusted resource to cross-functional partners. They bring solid storytelling instincts, a bias toward action, and the ability to produce polished work across a range of formats and audiences. This position follows a hybrid schedule withfour in-office days per week. Primary Responsibilities:

The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
