Your Role

As a Mammography Technologist I, you will work closely with radiologists to deliver high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography services in compliance with MQSA and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform mammography exams using the lowest appropriate dose while maintaining superior image quality
  • Confirm clinical data and obtain patient history prior to imaging
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, dignity, and confidentiality at every visit
  • Communicate clearly with patients and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Identify and escalate equipment or image quality concerns promptly
  • Maintain appropriate ARRT CE and experience documentation
  • Support team coverage across sites when necessary and assist with training newer mammographers


Schedule & Location

  • Location: One Lyons Street, Dedham, MA
  • Available Schedules May Include:

    • Part-time weekday shifts
    • Evening or weekend options
    • Full-time opportunities (site-dependent)


  • No overnight call


What We're Looking For

Required



  • Graduate of an accredited Radiography program
  • ARRT-M certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mammography
  • Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and quality imaging


Preferred



  • BLS (ACLS as required per specialty)
  • Experience with PACS and digital mammography systems

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
