The VP, Real 2.0 will have direct responsibility for the development and deployment of new, innovative, and disruptive products in the marketplace that will simplify the end-to-end healthcare experiences across payers, providers and consumers. You will have direct accountability for the profitable growth and deployment of the overall Real 2.0 portfolio and will work directly with customers and internal and external partners to deliver on customer commitments. This role is expected to be a liaison across multiple business segments to deliver on our out-year growth strategy specific to Real 2.0. This leader will work across Optum and UnitedHealth Group (UHG) to ensure the business case and the return on investment is being validated at the Optum Insight level. The VP, Real 2.0 will be accountable for driving financial management and operationalization efforts across the portfolio of new products. You will have indirect accountability for the successful client and cost delivery through matrixed operations & automation teams and other groups required to deliver upon our aggressive growth objectives. The successful candidate must be passionate about driving innovative and disruptive new products, creating new markets, discovering new business opportunities, working in a fast-paced environment and displaying stellar executive presence with c-Suite executives. The VP, Real 2.0 will be directly aligned with our Chief Product and Services Innovation leader. The salary for this role will range from $225,000 to $375,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
