With a strong focus on long term maturity, the position drives continuous improvement and scalable content processes over the coming years. Serving as a critical bridge between engineering, product readiness, and technical information, this role directly supports product quality, audit readiness, and successful global deployment, while strengthening the organization's compliance and standardized knowledge delivery strategy. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $84,750 - $113,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in this Role:

  • Define requirements for rolling out consistent formats, templates, and content quality standards to ensure documentation and training materials meet market-readiness expectations.
  • Establish audit requirements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory needs.
  • Develop process tools, including standardized process flowcharts and RACI matrices for the organization's universal process library.
  • Support long-term maturity by driving continuous improvement and scalable content processes over the next years.

What We are Looking For:

  • Process Build & Optimization - Able to map, improve, and maintain informationrelated (incl. audit) workflows.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving - Strong ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose practical, datadriven solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Effective communicator who partners well with engineering, product, quality, and service teams.
  • 5+ years of experience process engineering, quality and/or compliance experience (incl. ISO 9001)
  • Experience in process mapping / mining, running SPC and related data analysis
  • Ideally, an understanding or experience in technical information management for a rough understanding of content strategy and knowledge management in large enterprises
  • Bachelor's: Engineering, Business process/ Quality or similar management, technical communication/ knowledge management
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma
  • ASQ
  • ERP/QMS knowledge
  • This is a global role which requires collaboration with partners in North America, APAC and EMEA regions
