Job Summary: Dealer School is a 4-6 week paid training course where you will learn to conduct table games with customers according to casino policies and procedures. Students will promote directly to the Bally's Casino floor, pending successful completion of training and audition. This position's wage is $16 through dealer school and $9, plus tips after school!
