Positions in this function create and deliver high quality system solutions for our applications, products, and services across all technology functions. They consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. Individuals in these roles may perform analysis and serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements. They provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users' requirements. This function works to create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise. Roles may support both current system improvements and maintenance along with new system development.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews and collaboration with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and system specifications
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and are implemented accurately
• Respond to user requests promptly and provide support for system-related issues
• Assist in designing workflows and processes that improve efficiency
• Use technical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Familiarity with Agile development and software lifecycle
• Knowledge of or familiarity with Agile processes and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of technical systems and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and interpret technical information for business use
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
