We are seeking a service-oriented Sr Consultant of Analytics Services to provide implementation and operational support surrounding analytics within episodes and value-based care programs. The ideal candidate brings solid business analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable, strategic recommendations. This role is heavily focused on efficiency-documenting and organizing business and technical processes across multiple clients and leveraging generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, workflows, and analysis. The candidate will identify inefficiencies, propose improved solutions, and help automate technical and business processes. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential to share best practices and drive continuous improvement with a fresh perspective.] You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
