We are seeking a service-oriented Sr Consultant of Analytics Services to provide implementation and operational support surrounding analytics within episodes and value-based care programs.

The ideal candidate brings solid business analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable, strategic recommendations. This role is heavily focused on efficiency-documenting and organizing business and technical processes across multiple clients and leveraging generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, workflows, and analysis. The candidate will identify inefficiencies, propose improved solutions, and help automate technical and business processes. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support analytics service delivery within Medicaid and Commercial domains by collaborating with clients to understand key performance indicators for value-based payment programs
  • Assist in identifying and delivering business insights through reporting based on current operational results. Utilize predictive techniques and AI-driven tools to anticipate emerging trends and develop innovative reporting solutions
  • Leverage generative AI tools to support process documentation, workflow optimization, and standardization, improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability across analytics engagements
  • Convert complex concepts into clear dashboards and reports that can be easily understood by diverse audiences
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze existing data sets, tools, and processes, and contribute to strategies for identifying and interpreting data trends
  • Provide expertise in Business Intelligence practices across the analytics portfolio, supporting adoption of best practices in data quality, governance, and management
  • Collaborate with analysts and developers to:
    • Develop technical solutions that transform business data models and products to support reporting and customer needs
    • Create analytic data sets that generate actionable business insights
    • Produce ad hoc reports based on BI-driven metrics, aggregations, and hierarchies
    • Deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic priorities and communication.
  • Leverage generative AI applications to enhance daily tasks, including automating report generation, improving data visualization, and accelerating trend analysis for more efficient decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing business requirements and developing scenario based validation or testing artifacts that ensure end to end business processes function as intended
  • 2+ years of experience with developing and delivering solutions using applications like Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps), Azure Portal, or cloud-based data warehousing
  • 2+ years with solving advanced analytical problems
  • 1+ years of experience working with healthcare claims data and provider operational data
  • 1+ years of experience with modern development methodologies and platforms e.g., DevOps, Agile, Cloud
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize advanced AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to enhance productivity and decision-making. Must possess a deep understanding of generative AI capabilities, including prompt engineering, automation of routine tasks, and integration of AI-driven insights into business processes
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize operational processes and protocols, including developing standardized workflows, documentation, and compliance frameworks to ensure efficiency and quality across teams
  • Proven solid organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a highly functioning team of experts
  • Solid ability to create clear, well-organized documentation, manage client needs, and collaborate effectively to share best practices and propose improved approaches with a fresh perspective
  • Ability to understand the underlying architecture of solution and how it meets business goals
  • Experience supporting management and monitoring of delivered software solutions
  • Proven excellent data analysis skills and a demonstrated ability to assess patterns, trends, and behaviors within large data sets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare claims experience
  • Reporting Application Experience in SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau experience
  • Structured and Unstructured Query Language (MSSQL, Snowflake) experience
  • Object Oriented Programing Language (Python, Scala) experience
  • Experience with Data warehousing, ETL, and data integration understanding (SSIS)
  • Demonstrated advanced technical aptitude (can learn new tech quickly)
  • Experience deriving and building case-based testing from business requirements
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency level of skill in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
