Growing together This position coordinates, implements, and supports the day-to-day activities needed to effectively execute clinical initiatives, programs and processes in the promotion of clinical operations and Quadruple Aim. Promotes Practice Health and Safety (PHS) standards and supports the creation & sustainment of evidence-based tools, policies, standing delegation orders and standards of practice. Additionally, this position will provide a wide variety of collaborative support for Enterprise Clinical Operations to ensure applicable program requirements and operational processes are met. This position will proactively work across the organization to drive short- and long-term operational success of program initiatives. Provides leadership in daily clinical operations of the Practice Health & Safety department, in accordance with established State rules and regulations, AAAHC and Optum assessment standards. Develops and enforces compliance within all areas of Kelsey-Seybold Clinics. Collaborate with the entire enterprise to include providers, Senior Directors, Sr Director of Nursing, Quality, Nurse Managers and Supervisors, Business Office Manager, Clinical Education, Staff, and Medical Staff Leadership. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
