CTMS Administrator

Overview

The CTMS Administrator is responsible for performing the day-to-day operations and support of the Alnylam Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for the execution of clinical trials across the development portfolio.

The individual will leverage organizational, technical and interpersonal skills to meet high compliance standards and expectations for CTMS related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system administrative and study-related set-up activities in a timely manner
  • Manage CTMS user access including user set-up and periodic review, ensuring compliance with regulatory and Alnylam system security requirements
  • Provide end-user support, addressing queries and issues related to the CTMS
  • Collaborate with the CTMS System Lead and stakeholders to identify potential enhancements and process improvements for CTMS
  • Support any necessary governance procedural updates required to support CTMS activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CTMS data discrepancies, maintaining data integrity
  • Support CTMS related change control activities
  • Support the creation and delivery of CTMS related training
  • Support audits and inspections as required
  • Other assignments including ad hoc and assignments in support of Clinical Operations and clinical trial execution.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, anticipating project needs and highlighting potential issues

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficient in common office technology e.g., Microsoft tools, teleconferencing, etc.

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g. BA, BS or equivalent) preferably in life science, science, health related, or industry related discipline is preferred or demonstrable related experience in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry
  • Experience working for a pharmaceutical company and/or CRO in a related role
  • Two or more years' experience as CTMS administrator, superuser or similar CTMS experience in support of Phase I - III execution of clinical trials
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), regulations/guidelines and compliance requirements in relation to clinical systems

U.S. Pay Range

$95,300.00 - $128,900.00

The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
