If you are a Cloud Application Architect with delivery experience who takes pride in what you deliver and passionate about developing strategy for digital transformation and development of digital native applications, we have great opportunity for you. We are looking for Cloud Application Architect. Architects who will be part of Cloud and Engineering practice and can help us build a new application or modernize existing applications.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Cloud Application Architect on Azure and / or AWS
  • Deep experience in architecting applications in cloud
  • Deep experience in developing Digital solution blueprint and architecting digital native properties like patient portal, provider portals, mobile applications etc.
  • Hands experience with Cloud native development using modern technology stacks like Java, Springboot, React, Angular, Node JS, IoT
  • Experience with wide variety of data platforms and integration platforms including streaming services like Kafka
  • Heavy experience in HealthCare and familiar with health care data formats like HL7, FHIR etc.
  • Comfortable in designing, preparing client ready material and presenting to the clients or facilitating strategy / architecture discussions with clients and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall Digital solution experience in developing new digital native applications or modernizing current applications to a cloud native digital solution
  • 5+ years of deep experience with Cloud full stack engineering in web and mobile - Cloud platform engineering, Java, Angular, React JS, Node JS, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka and others
  • 5+ years of solid application modernization - digital transformation experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Big 4 or any major consulting companies
  • Demonstrated familiarity with modern cloud native technologies like Kubernetes, NO SQL Data bases, wide variety of relations data bases
  • Experience in developing single page applications, micro - front end, cloud based content management tools
  • Experience with Spring-boot based services and modern micro-service-based design & implementation
  • Proven understanding of Cloud based security solutions and familiar with healthcare specific regulatory specifications like HIPPA, PHI, PII
  • Ability to prepare POV's and other Client facing assets
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
