Wieland is hiring a Regional Sales Manager (Midwest). The Regional Sales Manager (Midwest) will be responsible for strategic account management and related sales activities within the specified geographic region providing excellence in sales and support to area customers with a strong emphasis on generating new leads for existing core products and newly developed specialty products. This role is located in Montpelier, OH and will be fully remote. Territory Includes: IL, WI, MN, IA, KS, NE, SD, ND, MO Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 May be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be based upon various factors unique to each individual that may include but are not limited to years of experience, industry knowledge, technical skills, education, qualifications, etc. Responsibilities Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Provide sales coverage and strategic account management for the Central and Midwest US Territory. Enhance and maintain strong customer relations of existing area accounts through personal visitation, and regular communication.
