We take great pride in our Housing and Residence life team. We represent a variety of colleges and universities throughout the country and our team possesses a high degree of skill and expertise. This live-in role provides experiences in community development, occupancy management, staff supervision, crisis response, conduct adjudication, and more.What you'll do and what you'll bring: Position Function: Facilitate student learning and development; coordinate residential curriculum model in residence halls; manage administrative functions in two designated residence halls. There is typically a four-year limit of service as a Residential Learning Coordinator at Ball State. This is a live-in position. Duties & Responsibilities:
