Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collect and interpret data for purposes of defining customer business specifications
  • Act as the primary channel for the communication of routine and emergency questions, issues, and requests from client
  • Build client data sets and databases on a monthly schedule
  • Foster and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Manage obstacles to effectively meet deadlines
  • Investigate, analyze, and develop creative solutions to client specific problems related to any aspect of delivery through active cross-functional team participation
  • Work with functional teams to provide effective consultation for plan revisions, managed strategies, product development, policy and procedure changes, legislative changes, and cost control
  • Provide analytic, technical, and functional support to licensed users of decision support tool, escalating questions/issues to appropriate areas of expertise within organization, as needed
  • Contribute to developing and improving Existing Process, Tools and Staff
  • Provide ad hoc support to internal and external customers and team
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 4+ years of Scala/Python/Spark/SQL experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Unix scripting knowledge
  • 2+ years of SAS/SQL programming experience
  • 2+ years of experience with complex SQL statements and familiarity with relational databases
  • 2+ years of experience in AWS or Azure cloud services exposure. (AWS Glue, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven solid oral and written communication skills
  • Health care claims data experience
  • Familiarity with processing large data sets
  • Ability to work within a strong team structure
  • General software development knowledge (.NET, Java, Oracle, Teradata, HTML, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft operating systems and Internet browsers

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
