The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $53,435 -$121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Manage and supervise Material Handler and Global Order Management Specialists. Oversee and track safety measures throughout the facility. Lead the KPI board to ensure continuous improvement. Direct and oversee the warehouse operations of goods being picked, staged, loaded and shipped. Ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets both external and internal customer requirements. Direct and oversee efficient third-party material transfer and distribution that meets both external and internal customer requirements. Direct and oversee the warehouse operations of goods. Manage the team to ensure the quality output of picking, staging, loading and shipping of material. Ensure all internal equipment is inspected and operational for the team members. Consult with QIC personnel to ensure all issues are being resolved on outbound shipments. Direct improvements for picking, staging, and shipping processes. Lead direct personnel towards maximum performance. Oversee and approve solutions proposed by the IT/SAP group for all issues within the operations. Oversee and approve packaging suppliers to ensure all material is available for shipping operations. Ensure maximization of full sequence shipments and reduction of transportation costs.

Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related field and 2 years of experience as a Shipping Supervisor, Production Planner, Operations Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or closely related occupation. Also requires 2 years of experience with Warehousing, Logistics & Distribution Centers; Manufacturing & Assembly Line Work; Forklift & Heavy Equipment Operation; Freight Handling; technical SAP; Continuous Improvement, LEAN Principles; Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency; KPI Development & Performance Monitoring; Compliance & Risk Management; material planning process and inventory management; and SAP advanced transactions and reports in SAP applications including Warehouse Management.
