Description

    Responsibilities:



    • Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
    • Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
    • Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests' wins.
    • Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
    • Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.
    • Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolve service breakdowns when they exist.
    • Promote programs and card membership.
    • Provides a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting.
    • Enforces company security/safety regulations.
    • Guards transfer money and chips.
    • Represents company and its property to ensure all Casino regulations are always adhered to.
    • Operates motorized vehicle, i.e., company van.
    • Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support the multi-casino Bad Beat system.
    • Performs all security/safety related duties for Casino/Hotel.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Work Environment:



    • Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.


    Target Salary Range:



    • $19.00 Hourly

    Qualifications
    Experience
    NJ Casino EE Registration (required)
    Good communication skills, organizational ability, and judgment as well as the ability to direct and manage people. (preferred)
    Knowledge of the laws and regulations affecting the casino industry (preferred)
    A broad knowledge of games and casino rules, procedures, and administration. (preferred)
    Public relations and casino security experience desirable. (preferred)
    High school degree or equivalent. (preferred)
    Licenses & Certifications
    NJ Casino EE Registration (required)
