We currently have an immediate opening for a Regional Program Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Wrap Around Services. This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of the APC Utilization Program, ensuring its continued growth, operational efficiency, and delivery of high-quality care. The Program Manager will be accountable for achieving key goals related to population health management and will work collaboratively with Practice Managers across the medical group to support a unified, team-based approach to care.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence in care delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the office
  • Manage equipment needs including ordering, distribution and trouble shooting
  • Assist APN-CT CDQI Leadership to develop and implement long range plans which may include duplicating program in other settings
  • Manage program operations to maximize productivity, and patient satisfaction
  • Coordinate provider schedules to:

    • Ensure proper coverage for quality patient care
    • Manage and track direct patient care vs. non direct patient care supplement with chart reviews


  • Monitor ENP productivity for patient visits and chart review
  • Collaborate with designated outreach personnel to prioritize outreach efforts in order to maximize schedule utilization
  • Manage human resources - hiring, on-boarding, coaching and evaluating of ENP's and designated schedulers. Seeks to create a team environment
  • Reconcile and investigate patient complaints
  • Manage, lead, and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure program compliance with ProHealth policies, procedures and programs
  • Actively participate in practice, regional and organizational meetings as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:



  • 4 years of post-high school education or equivalent years of experience
  • Practice/Medical Office Management experience having managed several direct reports in clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Proficient with reporting and data analytics


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in a medical office manager role
  • Experience with electronic health record, medical terminology, coding and billing
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of population health management
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma process improvement tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated business and financial skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
