Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Duties: Work within our Business Intelligence team to design, develop, and implement Business Objects functionality needed to meet business reporting and analysis requirements. Participate in business requirements gatherings, perform gap analysis and design the Front end solutions to facilitate custom reporting and data analytics solutions. Create Universes; develop Web Intelligence reports and Lumira Dashboards. Provide support and maintenance of all components, troubleshoot and debug data issues. Collaborate with business analyst and process owners in gathering business requirements and converting complex ideas into technical solutions. Performance tuning, monitoring and helping with administration tasks. Hybrid work permitted 2 days a week within a reasonable commuting distance of the Cleveland, Ohio Office.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience as a BI Consultant, Sr. BI Consultant, Business Intelligence Consultant, SAP BO Consultant, SAP Consultant, BO Developer, or related role where experience was gained. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, employer will accept seven (7) years of experience as a BI Consultant, Sr. BI Consultant, Business Intelligence Consultant, SAP BO Consultant, SAP Consultant, BO Developer, or related role where experience was gained. Also requires experience in the following:

• 5 years of experience in Business Objects 4.0+ suite of tools such as Information Design Tool, Web Intelligence and SAP Lumira Designer;
• 2 years of experience in designing and developing dashboards using SAP Lumira designer;
• 2 years of experience in Data visualization experience in mobile intelligence developing and publishing reports and dashboards
• 5 years of experience in Developing reports in Web Intelligence utilizing multiple datasources, formulas, variables, input control, hyperlink, linking, sharing and scheduling;
• 5 years of experience in Universe development with SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP BODS and Non SAP data sources;
• 3 years of experience in CMC functionality and maintenance of user security;
• 3 years of experience in Coding experience in SQL
• 1 year of experience in Power BI; and
• 2 years of experience in Industrial Distributors, Wholesale Distributors or Retail clients.
