Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and having access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, interactive gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. ("Queen"), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally's jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally's portfolio. Bally's will also become the successor of Queen's significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

As a VIP Services Representative you will act as a liaison between casino guests and management. To foster good customer relations. Enact and support marketing strategies in respect to the retention, reclamation, and development of casino patrons under supervision of casino hosts and management.

Responsibilities:



  • Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
  • Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Assists guests with any questions, concerns, or problems.
  • Understanding of overall departmental/company procedures, promotions, programs, strategies, and any other relevant information pertaining to the casino operation.
  • Maintain complete comprehension and knowledge of the club point system, comps, and enrollment of new club members.
  • Encourage guests to join players club and communicate the benefits.
  • Make arrangements for casino comps and issuance of necessary paperwork.
  • Books hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request.
  • Ability to communicate with all departments.
  • Assists in the development and process of high-end player events.
  • Communicate guest concerns, complaints and requests to the necessary department or supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate information on all club members and activities occurring within the club database.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Should possess excellent customer service skills/conflict resolution skills.
  • Be able to perform independently under limited supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions.
  • Previous computer knowledge is preferred.
  • Respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Able to work flexible shifts

Physical Demands & Work Environment:



  • Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
  • Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
  • Occasionally required to sit or stoop
  • Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
  • Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities, peripheral oversight, and distinguish color
  • The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
