As a Growth Manager focused on SLED (State, Local, and Education), you'll be part of a high-performing team with backgrounds spanning Stanford, Princeton, MIT, investment banking, corporate strategy, and high-growth startups. What unites us? A shared drive to make a meaningful impact and solve tough problems. In this role, you'll lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada's core product suite within the U.S. SLED market. You'll build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and work closely with sales leadership to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible, high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada's growth in one of our most strategic verticals. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: We're seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in building scalable systems for outbound marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include: Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, Enterprise Marketing, Revenue Marketing: Experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on innovative and scalable marketing strategies. You could also be the first marketers at small startups with experience building from 0 to 1. Requirements:

Annual Pay Range At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
