The Receptionist is responsible for professionally greeting and welcoming all guests, attending to their needs, and working as a team member with all departments.

Hours: Monday 7:00AM to 6:00PM; Tuesday 7:00AM to 1:00PM; and Saturday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Job Responsibilities:

1. Quickly respond to all internal and external customers at the front reception desk.
2. Ensure all guests are swiftly and politely assisted.
3. Accurately and efficiency answer concerns and /or promptly convey messages to other personnel.
4. Maintain a consistent presence at the front desk with minimal errands that would prevent the desk from being covered.
5. Work closely with all Sales Consultants and Finance Managers as a contributing team member.
6. Perform other duties as requested by management (i.e. filing, administrative tasks, answering phones, etc.)

Qualifications:

1. Must meet the company's requirements for employment.
2. Is able to communicate effectively - orally and in writing.
3. Demonstrate the ability to deal courteously and effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Education and/or Experience

Less than high school education; or up to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
