The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensures delivery of high-quality services and products to internal and external customers. Serves as a primary point-of-contact for the Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence functional areas of Workday. Manages complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting support, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance system functionality. Creates technical documentation and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.Supports HR teams by addressing requests for Workday security and reporting related to Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence. Owns the system configuration, assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, executes and oversees testing of system changes, and analyzes processes for improvement opportunities. Participates in Workday releases to understand new and changing functionality. Responds to internal and external requests for information. Maintains strict confidentiality and works with a high level of customer service. Responsible for day-to-day HRIS operations and projects as assigned. What will you do?

In accordance with state pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith salary range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this job is $120,000 - $140,000 annually based on the primary posting location of Omaha, Nebraska. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Eligible employees receive up to 15 days of vacation time, 65 days (85 day maximum in a two-year period) of sick pay, up to 20 days of paid parental time, seven paid holidays, two floating holidays and potential for a discretionary bonus.
