Assistant to the President

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the President will provide high-level administrative support, manage a variety of tasks, and lead projects. This role requires excellent writing and presentation skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, trainings, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events and functions.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the President and executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discreet, professional, and tactful demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Project management experience.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
