JOB OVERVIEW: Children's Legal Services at IRC is made up of five program areas: Know Your Rights and screenings for children in ORR custody; direct representation for children released from ORR custody; two-way, child-centered information services through IRC's Signpost platform, ImportaMi; Play program, and remote initial legal services for detained and released children. Data plays a crucial role in supporting core staff functions across the offices, including service provision, reporting and managing funder requests for information, staff supervision and the development of strong, evidence-informed programming. The Data Coordinator is responsible formaintaining data, quality assurance and data integrity, and ensure data is collected and added to appropriate funder's reporting system.The Data Coordinator will assist staff training of new data requirements, assisting with configuration and testing of system enhancements in programs not limited but including Airtable and PowerBi, query and report building, and quality assurance, with the goal of supporting service delivery for the Children's Legal Services. Reports to Supervising Attorney for Remote Children's Legal Services and Senior Program Officer for ImportaMi; will work closely with the Director of Children's Legal Services.
