Key Responsibilities:



  • Expert Review: Assist with the review of non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 applications.
  • Compliance Guidance: Handle PERM labor certification applications and provide I-9 and e-Verify advice.
  • Process Improvement: Offer insightful feedback on paperwork preparation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor paralegals, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Product Development: Leverage your legal expertise to guide product development, ensuring alignment with legal standards.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: 5+ years of high-volume employment-based immigration practice.
  • Credentials: Admission to the bar.
  • Skills: Excellent English writing skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Innovative Mindset: Demonstrated interest in technology and innovation within the legal field.
