Senior Director of Marketing Commercial Solutions

Role Summary: Join our team as the Senior Director of Marketing for Commercial Solutions, where you'll be at the forefront of understanding and addressing our clients' needs in the dynamic world of Commercial Solutions. Bring your seasoned expertise to craft compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Stay ahead of the curve by refining tactics in response to ever-evolving market trends. Lead the charge in creating diverse and engaging content across multiple platforms and execute integrated campaigns that drive demand and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understands client's pain points and unmet needs that can be addressed with Amplity Health's Commercial Solutions offerings. Develops marketing strategies, plans and tactics to address these pain points and unmet needs.
  • Stays informed about changes and trends in the life sciences marketplace and adjusts marketing strategies, plans, and tactics accordingly. Conducts secondary or primary market research to assess target personas, ideal positioning, and relevant messaging for Commercial Solutions offerings.
  • Designs, directs, and oversees marketing activities to promote awareness of and increase demand for Amplity Health's Commercial Solutions offerings.
  • Creates relevant content for all B2B marketing needs including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, video and audio scripts, website copy, advertising copy, blogs, white papers, infographics, press releases, etc.
  • Suggests, creates, and executes integrated demand generation campaigns making use of all relevant marketing channels including SEO, SEM, organic social media, pod casts, emails, landing pages, events (e.g., webinars, podcast, panels), conferences, lead generation scripts, etc.
  • Coordinates the execution of Commercial Solutions campaigns by leveraging Amplity's internal omni channel personnel, digital technologies, and CRM platforms. As appropriate, manages external partners for campaign design and execution that can't be accomplished internally. Captures metrics from these campaigns and provides fact-based outcomes and ROI analyses to top management on the effectiveness of all Commercial Solutions efforts. Adjusts future campaigns based on these learnings and outcomes.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others - often using indirect authority.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree - master's degree preferred - and at least ten years of experience in healthcare B2B marketing.
  • Must be an excellent writer, project manager, process definer, and interpersonal communicator.
  • Extremely comfortable working in faced- paced environment where change management is an everyday part of the job.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives within the healthcare B2B sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and trends to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies as needed in response to market dynamics.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends.
