Short Description

Support the integration of IAM requirements relative to governing logical access control for person and non-person entities to networks, applications, and systems. Integrate methods to improve current operations, interoperability, and internal staff processes. Responsible for performing research, conduction analysis of alternatives, identifying gaps, and identifying use cases. Ensures adherence to and provides input on policies and procedures in the area of IAM; access provisioning, authentication, and authorization; Governance, and Compliance. Works closely with members of IT, HR, and Business teams in creating and automating efficient, consistent, and scalable processes. Responsible for protecting Cooper information by ensuring that only the appropriate people and processes has access to the right data at the right time. Frontline technical support to users. Creating and using standard operating procedures, FAQs, and job aids for new and existing applications. Document and maintain the team's workflow process. Process automation and scripting.


Experience Required

0-2 years required


Education Requirements

High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.


License/Certification Requirements

Experience in one or more of the following: Single-Sign On, Identity Federation, Resource Provisioning, Logical Access Control Systems, or Enterprise Directory Architecture. Analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
