Deputy Director of Preparedness, Enterprise Emergency Management Enterprise Emergency Management Full Time 78132BR Job Summary The Deputy Director of Preparedness plays an integral role within Enterprise Emergency Management (EEM) at UCSF. This position is responsible for steering the organization's preparedness and readiness for all-hazard incidents by leading comprehensive training, exercises, education, and continuous improvement programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing emergency management preparedness initiatives. Their work will ensure the organization's agility and resilience in the face of potential risks and crises, supporting UCSF's broader mission to provide a safe and secure environment for all.
