Parkhill is actively seeking a dynamic and driven file clerk to enhance our team. As a valued member, you will collaborate closely with our Operations Support team to streamline workflow and ensure efficiency and organization. This exciting opportunity is based in Midland, TX.

Your Contribution

  • Organizes and files documents according to filing system requirements.
  • Searches for and investigates information contained in files, inserts additional data on file records, completes reports, keeps files current, and supplies information from file data or removes files upon request.
  • Keeps records of material removed, stamps material received, traces missing files, and types indexing information on folders.
  • Makes copies of documents as needed. Types labels.
  • Converts paper documentation to electronic.

Your Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in an office support role.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and mail handling equipment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products is a plus.
