Adult Service Program Coordinator

Who We Seek

Someone to be Responsible for the coordination of the staff schedule, supervision of supervisors and lead staff, review and organization of the data systems related to client care (Ehana and HCSIS). Insures that activity planning, staffing, and client care are carried out in a professional and therapeutic manner.

Responsibilities:


  • Reviews, monitors, and maintains accurate record keeping systems and office upkeep for the supervisory staff to include: incident reports, accident reports, shift summaries, fire drill reports, medication error forms, etc. Insures that all forms required for day to day operation are in place and accessible.
  • Ensures that the physical environment is safe and clean and is maintained in a homelike manner.
  • Responsible for managing program supervisors and oversees that daily schedules and activities happen in an organized and timely fashion
  • Responsible for the development and coordination of the Client\Advocate program, client birthday celebrations, and coordination of special events.
  • Develops and submits to the Director of Programs a monthly program activity schedule which includes provision for chores, personal shopping, clothing inventory, one on one advocate time, etc.
  • Attends all annual ISP and service plan meetings.
  • Participates in program meeting such as, Operations, Medication Review, and Staff Meeting etc. and assist in the agenda planning.
  • Participates in the interview and hiring of new direct care staff and admission tours for new clients
  • Responsible for covering in the on-call rotation



Requirements:


  • Associate's Degree in Human Services Field, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum one year supervisory and residential experience.
  • Minimum two years' experience working in residential treatment or mental health setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and strong time management skills



Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11am-7pm & Wednesday 9am-5pm
