Nurse Manager General Pediatrics Full Time 78154BR Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Administrative Director, the Nurse Manager oversees the clinical operations of the Primary Care, Acute Practices at Mount Zion and Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Mission Bay. The Nurse Manager will provide and organize clinical support for faculty within the practices and take the lead role in integrating all aspects of the clinical session to ensure timeliness and efficiency of each patient visit. The Nurse Manager works with the leadership team to identify opportunities for improved practice operations through the oversight and participation in projects. The Nurse Manager works with staff to develop, monitor and maintain systems pertaining to all aspects of nursing care. The Nurse Manager supervises all clinical staff, facilitating positive interactions among staff, patients and other departments within the organization.
