Your Future Team

Hightower Texas is a firm of seasoned and experienced cross-generational wealth advisors, established in 1994. Our teams provide high-touch, comprehensive investment and financial planning to clients, built on an unconflicted model. Our advisors recognize our clients' desire to preserve wealth across generations; to grow their investments and grow their businesses; to maintain privacy and confidentiality to help them preserve their legacies and pursue their goals.

What You'll Do
This candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with the internal management team, our investment advisors, and the client. The right candidate is detail-oriented, analytical and has 3+ years of investment industry experience.



  • Manage financial planning, portfolio performance, and trading tools
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Prepare client portfolio reviews and reports
  • Compile, review and analyze monthly composite performance numbers for each portfolio type
  • Monitor portfolio, fund and security performance
  • Perform all trading functions
  • Prepare daily trade report for new money & securities received in client accounts
  • Performance reporting on a monthly and ad hoc basis
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, system-oriented environment
  • Security research and due diligence
  • Assist advisors in preparation of recommendations and proposals as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related degree (preferred)
  • Investment and Trading Experience: OMS, block trading, bond trading, equity and options trading
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Fidelity, Tamarac/Envestnet trading platforms, eMoney, and Vanilla Estate Planning systems desired
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (preferred)
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
