Growth Operations Coordinator

The Growth Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and archiving all, RFI, RFP and Pitch content from new business submissions. This candidate will also be responsible for social content and posts that serves as a digital portrayal of things that make each agency shine.

Daily responsibilities are as follows:

• Excellent writing skills are a must for this position.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Work with the pitch strategist to continuously collect, curate and develop content
• Extract and modify RFI and RFP submission content when necessary and categorize it to upload into the BD Portal so it may be easily accessed and used for other responses
• Update and maintain our case study library for Ad Group NA
• Support new case study development Respond to content requests from Comms BDs or agency business leads
• Pull content for capes deck development
• Track and maintain experience data across Advertising NA
• Support pitch logistics, room blocks, food, etc.
• Process New Business POs

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $20-26/hr.
