Overview: We are seeking an associate with litigation experience to join our Madison, WI office. This position will assist with litigation and administrative proceedings, including research, motion practice, briefing, and due diligence, related state and federal regulations. The position is generally focused on energy and environmental matters, including development and permitting of generation and transmission, and advising clients regarding compliance with energy and environmental regulations, but may also involve other areas of regulatory and administrative law.
