Summary Position Summary The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for preparation of MHCAH payroll for the MaineHealth Shared Services organization to process. This position is the primary customer service contact for research and employee concerns as related to payroll. This position reports to Accounting Manager. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field. High school diploma with increased experience will be considered. License/Certifications: Current, valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy. Experience: See "Education." Two to four years experience in payroll functions and the finance/accounting field, preferably in the home health industry. Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
