1st Shift Manufacturing Laborer

Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Laborer to be based out of Phoenix, AZ. Reporting to the 2nd shift supervisor, the Manufacturing Laborer will be responsible for efficient bundling of product, using banding tools and other equipment to complete production. This person will need to work with the production team to communicate issues and ensure quality production.

What you'll do:

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Read and understand detailed work orders.
  • Work with urgency while maintaining a professional attitude to meet customer demand and standards.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by Atkore's Safety and Quality guidelines.
  • Accurately completed required production and labor reporting paperwork.


What you'll bring:



  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read tape measures, use hand tools, and handle product.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.


Within 3 months, you'll:



  • Complete initial training.
  • Be able to troubleshoot production issues.
  • Assist production team with changeovers, set-ups, and quality control inspections.
