In addition to all the duties of the regular classification as a Quality Inspector, the Finished Inspection Team Leader responsibilities will be, but not limited to: * Along with Area Manager, ensure that employees are always wearing their proper PPE and adhering to safety requirements. Identify and report unsafe conditions and behaviors to Supervisor or Manager. Working Conditions * Constant exposure to indoor manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements * Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds on a repetitive basis. Additional Requirements * Must be able to work scheduled shift Monday - Friday. Ability to work holidays, weekends and overtime as scheduled. Skills * Good interpersonal skills.
