Overview AmTrust E&S Insurance Services, a member of the AmTrust group of companies, is searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Executive Underwriter to join the E&S Property team. The Executive Underwriter will have frequent interactions with wholesale brokers in providing coverage for new and renewal business based on customer's needs. The ideal candidate will work in a team environment, demonstrate a strong customer focus that will reinforce the departments appetite and strategy. This candidate will possess strong decision-making skills, be detailed oriented, able to build & sustain broker relationships, be results driven, and have a track record of working in a fast-paced environment. Part of the role will require leadership to the junior underwriters to help them review, analyze, and price various types of risks. They must be able to provide support and coaching to these underwriters and leadership within the team. Responsibilities
Help manage the E&S Property portfolio in developing, communicating, executing, and producing the departments business plan.
