Green Bay Packaging, Arkansas Kraft Division is seeking employees for entry level positions with opportunity for advancement. Primary function of the position is to assist in the production of linerboard in all areas of the facility.

Successful candidate will have the willingness and ability to safely work a southern swing shift in a mill environment requiring significant physical labor. Candidates will also have the desire and ability to learn the operation of a complex manufacturing process in order to establish a career progressing within the organization. A stable employment record with an emphasis on positive, effective teamwork and a focus on safety are essential. All applicants must have the ability to properly communicate in English for the safe and effective performance of the job and the successful operation of our business.

Candidate must compete the Arkansas Career Readiness Certificate (Silver level or better)

The Arkansas Kraft Division is a fully integrated pulp and containerboard mill utilizing a sustainable combination of virgin fiber and recycled fiber to produce high quality kraft linerboard and corrugating medium.
