Job Summary Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is seeking a Student Services Technician to work in a dynamic team atmosphere. This position will support the Admissions and Records office with the administrative functions of EMCC admissions, registration, and student record keeping for the student population, which may also include supporting processes related to special populations (i.e. Special Admissions, AAEC and/or student athletics). This position will also provide general support of the day-to-day functions of the Admissions, Records, and Registration office at EMCC and serve as an informational resource. Additional Information Work Schedule May Vary May be required to work evenings and weekends i.e. Monday - Thursday, 9am-6pm Fridays 8am-5pm Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of clerical, administrative office support or related experience. Desired Qualifications
Special Working Conditions May be required to work at multiple sites or locations. Providing coverage at off-site locations and the ability to pass a fingerprint clearance process may be required (i.e. EMCC WestMEC). Position may be eligible for limited remote work, as defined by college requirements. May be required to lift or carry up to 25lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation. May be required to view a computer monitor for an extended period of time Possession of a valid State of Arizona Class D driver's license is required; must meet minimum standards regarding driving.
