Regional Manager of School Psychology

As a member of ASI's management team, you will play a vital role in managing front to back-end processes in your assigned client schools and school districts. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and operations processes. You will work closely with our services Directors and VP of Operations to understand the needs of potential and future clients.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manage candidate interviewing and onboarding in your assigned region.
  • Travel to various states as needed.
  • Collaborate with the ASI team to establish full-cycle recruitment processes for SLP, OT, and PT.
  • Assist with the new hire orientation process in conjunction with other ASI team members, including benefits information, timesheet creation, and weekly timesheet submission.
  • Oversee therapist reimbursements outlined via contract agreement.
  • Respond to RFP inquiries by analyzing local markets for target OT/PT/SLP and other positions ASI will respond to in the future in your assigned geographical region.
  • Maintain Lead Generation Groups, such as social media and college/university SLP and other therapist groups.
  • Additional duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology, School Psychology, or related school health services strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel multi-state as needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of school funding structures, budgetary processes, recruitment, or the ability to learn.
  • 5+ years in Speech and Language Pathology, School Psychology or School Health Services experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership mentality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team.
  • Strong presentation skills.
