Description Essential Responsibilities: Participate with the information security team to ensure appropriate measures are in place to identify and prevent potential security risks throughout the network and endpoint environment Assist with detecting vulnerabilities and working with the IT team to ensure timely remediation. Perform research work in the area of information and network security to ensure continued progress in the protection of information assets Participate in the development and review of risk assessments Participate in the implementation and review of appropriate user access throughout the network Minimum Required Skills and Competencies: Basic computer skills required with Microsoft Windows and Office Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year university or currently enrolled in a Master's Degree Program Desired Skills and Competencies: Work Experience and/or Degree program related to Technology and Information Security Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
