Waste Connections of Arizona is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join their team supporting the greater Phoenix area! We have locations in Apache Junction and Phoenix depending on your location in the metro! The accounting team at Waste Connections are involved in every aspect of the business without having to stay in a cubicle all day! This is the perfect role for someone who wants to see the true impact of their work while also getting exposure to many growth paths for themselves. Waste Connections is a large, publicly-traded solid waste services company that provides non-hazardous waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in mostly exclusive and secondary markets in the U.S. and Canada. Anticipated Total Compensation: $85,000-95,000 including bonus opportunities Why join us? Working with the other departments might include riding along with drivers and our sales team, or getting familiar with our billing system by sitting with a Customer Service Representative. You are the business partner for your District Managers and key in the strategy decisions made daily! Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of accounting related experience preferred Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, annual budgets, audits and system implantations.
